The story:
The story of the ʻŌhiʻa Lehua speaks of a deep and lasting love between a warrior named ʻŌhiʻa and a woman named Lehua. When the volcano goddess Pele became angered after being rejected by ʻŌhiʻa, she transformed him into a twisted tree. In their sorrow, the gods took compassion on the lovers and turned Lehua into a vibrant red blossom, allowing them to remain together forever. Today, the ʻŌhiʻa tree and its lehua flower represent enduring love, connection, and the strength of the Hawaiian spirit.

Please note: all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. What we are always happy to do is make it right with an exchange or store credit.
If something is not right with your order, reach out within 14 days of delivery and we will take care of you.
Exchanges
We gladly replace items that arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at info@theoceansend.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will walk you through the next steps. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Returns
Returns are accepted only in select circumstances and within 14 days of purchase. A $10 restocking fee applies per item returned, and original shipping fees are non refundable.
Shipping damage
Oceans End is not responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers, but please reach out and we will do our best to make it right.
Gifts
If your order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of a qualifying return once we receive the item.
Return shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non refundable. For items over $75, we recommend a trackable service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
